Mudcrab Music & Events is a Sunshine Coast based event, entertainment and production company working across major live events, touring shows, festivals, venues and large-scale AV production.

From 2018 to 2025, Mudcrab ran the vast majority of event, party and wedding hire across the Sunshine Coast, supplying sound, lighting, DJ gear, staging and production for thousands of private events, weddings, venues and functions.
What started as a local AV hire business quickly grew into one of Queensland’s most active event and production companies, with services expanding across event management, marketing, entertainment bookings, venue programming, audio visual production and live event delivery.

Today, Mudcrab has shifted into a new chapter. With our events taking off across Queensland and interstate, our AV hire has moved away from small party hire and dry hire, now focusing on major event production, touring shows, festivals, large weddings, venue events and high-end entertainment experiences.
Mudcrab has played a key role in producing and programming events across venues and brands including Aussie World, The Greenwood Hotel, The Marly, Sunny Side Up Events, Tiny Humans Dancing, large-scale regional events in Rockhampton and Airlie Beach, and national touring projects across Australia.

Recent years have seen Mudcrab work across events featuring major artists including Snoop Dogg, PNAU, The Jungle Giants, Sneaky Sound System, Pendulum, Cascada and more, while continuing to build homegrown event brands across the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney and regional Queensland.
